Eleanor is a PRINCE2-qualified bid and project management professional with extensive UK and international experience across local and national government sectors. A former Director of Bidding and Governance (Europe) at Serco, she has also held senior business development roles at Mitie, Interserve and Strategic Team Group.

With a strong track record in defence, Eleanor has successfully led and supported major projects across Europe and the UK. Her experience includes securing contracts for the maintenance of minehunter vessels for the Belgian and Dutch Navies, delivering integrated facilities management (IFM) services at Belgian military bases, and overseeing radioactivity monitoring at key European ports. She has contributed to the delivery of simulated software training for European armed forces, firefighting services at Italian military air bases, and engineering support for helicopter fleets operated by the Italian Ministry of Defence. Eleanor’s portfolio also features large-scale Defence estate projects, such as a £1.5bn UK joint venture providing IFM and range management services, and the creation of a new military village under a DBFMO contract for a European navy.
