Lorenza brings over 25 years of international experience in business development and sales leadership. She has established and managed BD teams of more than 100 professionals, delivered sales performance reporting at scale, and directed complex bids across industries including Public Services, Defence, and TelcoMedia.
As an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), Lorenza has also supported over 100 leaders and professionals, helping them to address challenges with clarity and confidence. Her approach combines commercial acumen with coaching expertise to ensure that insights from the Growth Accelerator are translated into measurable action.
