Lorenza Secretan - Growth Coach 

With over 25 years of senior business development and sales leadership experience, Lorenza has built and led high-performing teams in some of the world’s largest systems integrators. Her career highlights include leading a 100-strong Business Development community, managing all major bids across TelcoMedia, Public Services, Manufacturing, Automotive and Insurance, and overseeing company-wide sales forecasting, performance reporting, and global sales methodology. As Head of Pre-Sales at the UK’s largest defence company, she established a dedicated bidding function and directed strategic pursuits across the civil government sector, working closely with client executives to qualify and win complex opportunities.

Building on this commercial expertise, Lorenza established her own coaching practice, working with more than 100 clients ranging from Founders and CEOs to Sales Directors, Bid Managers and early-career professionals. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), recognised for her dynamic and motivating style that leaves clients energised and ready to act.

At 50 Degrees, Lorenza brings together her deep business development expertise and coaching capability as the lead for our Growth Accelerator. She helps organisations diagnose their growth maturity, unlock practical improvements across sales and bidding, and build the confidence and capability to grow, compete and win.
