Does 50 Degrees only work in the UK?

No. While the UK is our core market, we also support clients in Europe, North America, and Australia. Our consultants have extensive international experience, spanning bidding, commissioning, and the operational delivery of services. We work with our international clients in line with their time zone – doing what is required to deliver round-the-clock support and input when it is needed.

What types of contracts do you help clients win?

We work with clients of different sizes across different sectors, from mission-led charities to multi-national corporations. Across projects of every scale—from local commissions to £bn national contracts—our clients can be assured we are committed to delivering something genuinely outstanding.

Can 50 Degrees run an entire bid for us, or just provide extra support?

Both. We’ll respond flexibly to what you need. Some clients ask us to run a full bid as an outsourced end-to-end team, while others need just one of our consultants embedded into their own team. Often, it’s something in between — targeted support on strategy, writing, or commercial modelling. Whatever the set-up, we’ll bring the same focus, energy, and commitment to winning.

How do you work with client teams?

We embed ourselves as part of your team — working closely with your operational and SME teams, driving progress, and taking ownership of outcomes. Clients tell us it feels like having extra senior capacity that brings structure, energy, and expertise.

What makes 50 Degrees different from other consultancies ?

We roll up our sleeves, take ownership and bring the energy needed to drive projects forward. We will always be a partner, not a passenger, working collaboratively with your teams and mirroring your commitment to building the most effective solution. Our experienced, sector-experts consultants will challenge conventional thinking, bring new ideas and insights, and focus on quality at all times.

How does AI fit into your approach?

We use AI to accelerate analysis, spot patterns, and free up our experts to focus on the high-value work — solution design, storytelling, and strategy. AI never replaces human insight, it simply makes us faster and sharper.

Do you only support bids, or wider growth strategy too?

We provide services that support the entire business development cycle. That includes shaping strategy, market-entry, bid support and management, commercial modelling and more…  in short, it’s about making growth real.

Can you help with contract retention as well as winning new work?

Yes. We always embed retention strategies into the solution – focusing on delivery excellence, stronger commissioner engagement, and readiness for re-bid. We’ll support you to deliver outcomes and build the partnerships needed to support successful contract retention or re-bid.
