Value of federal rehabilitation and vocational services contract
Submission spanned detailed clinical and operational models
Round-the-clock drafting enabled by UK–Canada teams
Our client, an employment and rehabilitation services provider based, was looking to expand its federal portfolio through a major national programme. The specialist employment and rehabilitations services provider planned to partner with a large healthcare provider to enhance service delivery, which created additional complexity to the bid writing process. Our client approached 50 Degrees to provide bid writing and value proposition support, enabling them to submit a coherent, persuasive tender that fully reflected their integrated delivery model and aligned with commissioner priorities.
The client’s partnership with their selected healthcare provider combined vocational and clinical expertise which we needed to ensure were embedded across delivery models, messaging, and governance. The federal procurement involved a 1,000+ page submission covering every operational and clinical element in depth. To impress evaluators, our client needed to present a unified, customer-focused vision that demonstrated technical excellence while meeting evolving commissioner requirements in a highly competitive, high-stakes environment.
50 Degrees acted as lead writing partner throughout the process, managing structure, drafting, and quality assurance across all narrative responses. Our team worked closely with both partners to gather information on key operational processes and methodologies, synthesising input into a single, cohesive narrative. Throughout the process, we helped shape value propositions and win themes, ensuring continued alignment with evaluation frameworks. By leveraging UK–Canada time zone differences, we operated a near 24-hour production cycle, enabling continuous reviews and improvements.
