Markets reviewed to assess global expansion potential
Clear, actionable strategy for international growth
Youth, health, justice, employment and skills explored
A global public services provider wanted to refresh and future-proof its international growth strategy. The organisation engaged 50 Degrees to assess new markets, broaden its service offer and respond to changing commissioner priorities. Our role was to develop a practical, evidence-led strategy that would support sustainable expansion and strengthen competitiveness across youth, health, justice, employment and skills.
Operating across several countries, the client needed a growth strategy that could flex across very different commissioning systems. This meant identifying priority markets, assessing realistic diversification options and sharpening its commercial approach. The real challenge was turning global experience into propositions that resonated locally, while building a sales and account structure capable of supporting consistent, long-term growth.
50 Degrees delivered a comprehensive international market development strategy focused on diversification, positioning, and commercial capability. We reviewed more than 30 countries, analysing policy direction, funding landscapes, and competitive activity across youth, health, justice, and employment services. Findings were brought together in a detailed 75-page roadmap with clear, prioritised actions.
Alongside market intelligence, we worked closely with senior commercial leaders to review sales and account management structures, strengthening relationship management and creating a scalable framework for sustained internal expansion.
