Users supported through our client's digital platform
Personalised job recommendations powered by advanced analytics
Accessible, user-friendly tools across all demographics
An employment and rehabilitation services provider partnered with 50 Degrees to bid for a major employment services contract in Canada. While the procurement focused on supporting job seekers and employers, strong digital capability is what set our client apart. We helped the team showcase their advanced technology platforms as powerful tools in delivering personalised, scalable, and inclusive employment support.
The procurement opportunity required bidders to demonstrate how technology could enhance existing employment support services and reach wider, more diverse communities to improve employment rates. Although our client's digital ecosystem already included AI-powered job matching and gamified learning, we needed to make the alignment between these features and the Buyer’s priorities much clearer to evaluators. To achieve this, our team needed to successfully translate complex functions into accessible and reliable narratives that addressed performance and user experience.
We worked closely with our client's internal bid and technology teams to clarify how their platforms fit into the employment service model. This required our consultants to clearly articulate how AI and analytics improve job matching, track outcomes, and enable targeted support.
We helped align platform features (including real-time job search, multilingual capability, and mobile access) with commissioner requirements and developed detailed user stories that showed the client journey from registration to post-employment upskilling. By showing the practical impacts of digital innovation on service delivery, we built a credible, outcomes-led proposal.
