A global real estate and facilities services provider saw a Crown Commercial Service procurement as an opportunity to grow its presence in the UK public sector, targeting a Total Facilities Management contract at a critical government facility. 50 Degrees was brought in to help sharpen the client’s offer, shape their overall solution, and develop a compelling bid aligned to commissioner expectations.
This was not a straightforward FM bid. The contract brought together HR, FM, and IT services in a sensitive government environment, requiring a seamlessly integrated offer. The client needed to adapt its proposition for a public sector audience, demonstrate value for money, and navigate complex CCS requirements without losing the strengths that differentiated it in other markets.
