Secured framework positions after prior unsuccessful attempt
Submission quality enhanced across all evaluation criteria
Approved supplier to UK Government departments and agencies
A global impact and management consultancy, were looking to secure a place on the UK Government’s Management Consultancy Framework 4 (MCF4). Following an earlier unsuccessful attempt, they reached out to 50 Degrees to help shape and strengthen their resubmission. Our client's primary goal was to achieve CCS accreditation and unlock new routes to market across UK central government, arm’s-length bodies, and wider public-sector clients.
MCF4 represented a highly competitive procurement process, with stringent requirements around quality assurance, governance, and social value. Our client needed to address evaluator feedback from the previous round of procurement to strengthen their technical responses, including the need to present more measurable results. As writers, our key challenge lay in refining our client's value proposition to stand out among its competitors, and ensuring that their proposed delivery model remained compliant across multiple framework Lots.
50 Degrees deployed a senior team of consultants with experience developing high-quality solutions for CCS tenders. We reviewed evaluator feedback to identify areas for improvement, using these as key topics to address in win-theme workshops.
Following these workshops, our team helped rewrite technical responses to showcase our client's assurance, innovation, and measurable impact. We also performed a comprehensive commercial health check on pricing assumptions and potential delivery risks to support the refreshed narrative.
